I really loved the Nuggets by them..... we usually had the meals by Albaik when we were in Mina for hajj,that in my opinion was the safest food there :p
did anyone ever try making al-baik at home or that creamy garlic sauce or cocktail sauce? how did it turn out? ever gave it a try?

OMG! iv'e eaten there once. The taste was nice but just the quality of food blew me away! and nuggets were delicious :)

AL Baik is favourite of our kids,there chicken ,shrimps ,we all love it.
One of hubby,s freind says,when people comes for Umrah they say Labaik Labaik...... but when they are on their return journey ,they say Al baik Al baik.so its very yummmy .
Uetian2k1 i make garlic sauce ,and it taste like that but for chicken they have specail frier and a certain heat lavel which we cant do at home.

LOVE Albaik..! I miss it , havent had it in almost 12 years! But i still remember the shrimp sauce......:)

The reason Al Baik tastes so good might be that they use the genuine Broasting Process while the Broast chicken in Pakistan just deep frying which does not taste as good.

there is no al-baik anywhere in the world except jeddah,madinah and makkah...
Al-baik ub itna b acha nai hai..thek hai acha taste hai ..delicious hai but i have heard k Al-baik he kha kur kisi ko food-posioning hogaye thee and then yeh bund raha tha kuch din...aur acc. to drs. it is very very rich in sodium...issmai salt content buhut zayada hai...aur wo mana krtay hain logoo ko for this..(anyhow salt pizzas mai b kum nai hota) moreover one good thing al-baik ki chickens KFC ki turhan hormonal-fed nai hain..inki chicken brazil say ati hain(ub wahan hormonal-fed hain ya nai aisa mainay suna to nai hai)..and also i came to know that pizza hut ka mozzarella cheese jo k exclusively unhe k liay he bunta hai aur wo cheese mai kuch aisa chemical milatay hain jo apko woi cheez dobara khanay pur stimulate krta rehta hai...ub i dont know yeh baat kitni such hai but ager its true then al-baik b kuch aisa he use krtay hongaye jitna log ussk shokeen hain...

Actually i did in Makkah and it was so good. I think its way better then KFC and McD. :biggthumb

hi every one ...well am the biggest AL-Baik lover along wid all my family...coz i lived in jeddah for almost 17 years....so its in my veins n blood.
