aliyish, I am not any ustaad...
you have to understand, I am a novice too.. perhaps Shab or Nikami can answer you better... or if Amal reads this, he sure can...
for me, I always read the thing out loud and see if it is in rythm or not.... that's how I see the wazan... by actually putting in the balance of "aawaaz" ... but I dunno if that is the correct way of finding the correct wazan..
any comments on the revision?

baykinaar shafaq = baykinaar means without any corner … matlab NO boundaries and shafaq is that reddish sky that appears at sunset…
**dilladdar **= dukh
**Nigaah-e-tez **= sharp sight
**fighaaN **= gham
**qalander **= one who has dedicated his life in the way of Allah
Anwaar apnei name ka meaning bhe bata deyn = LOL 
Anwaar is the Plural of Noor which mean Light
**Akhlaas **= Khuloos kee jamaa
**partau **= shadow
