Brother this is the one i mostly use, it’s from the green pocket-size duaa book, ‘Fortification of the Muslim through remembrance and supplication from the Qur’aan and the Sunnah’ compiled and referenced by Sa’eed ibn 'Ali ibn Wahf Al-Qahtaani adapted by Abu Safwaan Fareed ibn 'Abdulwaahid and adapted from a translation by Ismael Ibraheem. Personally it’s a great duaa book to carry around in your purse or pocket, very handy:)
