I wish Pakistanis courts could execute his brethren in Pakistan too. There are similar acts of terror happening in Pakistan all the time. But I don't remember any terrorist being executed for this. All I remember is the courts letting them go free.
Yeah he was terrorist, but there are number of terrorists who killed more them him are still roaming with guns openly in Karachi.

If you want to bring Karachi here then there are those who beheaded common people after picking them up from buses. They certainly killed more people than him too.
Then there are those who have been killing innocent people through suicide bombings. Again more than him.
And the list goes on.
But regardless of what other terrorists do, it doesn't change the fact that Ajmal Kassab was a terrorist who deserved death.

I can perfectly understand people not wanting a mass murderer to be buried in the same place as their loved ones.

What else can be expected from these remarkably insane brutes who brainwash young minds to kill innocent people? Kasab does not deserve any concession, tear, lament and even a piece of land to rest in distress forever. He should have been given the same burial as Mr. Bin Laden got.
I'm not sure.....if he was executed then he paid the price that was associated with his crimes...at least as laid out by the land in which he committed them.
I'm not suggesting that anyone should lament....no......but to refuse to accept his body for burial or to disrespect it, is, IMHO, wrong.
