If you want to bring Karachi here then there are those who beheaded common people after picking them up from buses. They certainly killed more people than him too.
Then there are those who have been killing innocent people through suicide bombings. Again more than him.
And the list goes on.
But regardless of what other terrorists do, it doesn’t change the fact that Ajmal Kassab was a terrorist who deserved death.
