I understand. But a crime that serious deserves more info and evidence. Underwear story is just one piece of ‘indirect’ evidence or even just a coincidence with a fetish kind of person!!
We definitely need education of people and law enforcement agencies about what is required for a crime to be proven with success. DNA evidence or something substantial was needed in this case. No one can do anything if the girl/woman herself withdraws case or does not provide evidence.
