You may have a point, but this should be a business decision. After all, the government is not spending any money to promote or prohibit what movies are shown. The distributors are. If any Indian distributor thinks that he can actually make some money by showing Pakistani movies in Indian theaters, I am sure they will lobby their government. Personally, I don't think Pakistani movies will do all that well, as even their pirated copies have no large scale market amongst Indian viewers. Forget Indian viewers... even Pakistanis abroad, don't patronize Pakistani movies.. so pushing them anywhere is a stretch. :)

the movie was shot in india, amristar, the main girls are indian, the director has indian blood, the movie is released in india as balle balle amristar to la, the movie sequence and purpose was to be like bollywood, how does this not make it a indian film!!! it is a indian film with indian music and indian all over the dham movie!!! the only thing that makes the movie british is gurinder chaddha.
