This is a spin off catty’s thread. Sorry, cat I don’t mean to steal your spotlight.
Its great to have company on planes and in airports especially when your travelling alone. Maybe its the conditioning since there have been a few incidents where people have been caught conversing with a potential threat and linked by association on camera. But these folks need to give us some breathing space. Yes, you blabber mouth! I’m saying, could you keep your belegerent conversations to a minimum? or atleast try to make decent small talk instead of “so…”!
But for crying out loud its horrendous when they start following you on your stretch outs, washroom breaks, question where you go and what you do. Call me paranoid but i’m just not comfortable divulging in information with strangers especially at the airport or airplane. I’ll help you get to your destination, to your gate, to the washroom and even help you go through customs and check in but stop pestering me when i’m enjoying my window seat at the mountains. Stop breathing down my neck trying to get a view of the scenery. Why can’t they book their own window seats?
These three passengers were constantly following me all over the place. And when I made a subtle exit, they followed from a distance my every move. It wasn’t unnerving as it was annoying kinda like a mosquito bite between your fingers. Can’t scratch it but you can’t gnaw at it in public either.
Ok, I’m done venting.
