Can anyone recommend a low cost airline from any UAE cities to Lahore. The cheapest fare I have had on RAK airways for 2 adults and a child is 3170 AED.

Keep in mind that RAK Airways flies from Ras Al Khaimah airport. That is approx. a one hour drive from Dubai when it's not Rush Hour.

my suggestion to you would be to spend a little extra on a dependable and reliable airline rather than save a few bucks on an unreliable airline, especially when you are traveling with wife and a little kid. whatever you save you may easily end up spending twice that much in case of flight delays, cancellation and/or re-routing.

Very good point KKF. Best example: Ryanair. I am perfectly fine flying with them when I am traveling alone. Saves me a lot of money. But I will never again make the mistake of flying Ryanair with the kids. Did that for our trip to Paris last year. I'd rather spend double the amount, if I were to go again.
