They had overlooded the tail part of the Boeing..
This is a B747-Combi (a freighter and a passenger mix)...and among the standard practices to load freighters is to have it jacked up at the tail to prevent it from getting nosed up....now, perhaps the jack collapsed (some accident) that could have caused this to happen..otherwise, I can't imagine they can dare to start loading up this lion without following the standard practies...which by the way violates the airworthiness of the planes...
