Actually the verse you are trying to refer is not particularly bound to saints only… Let me write down the whole verse, may be there is message hidden for you as well…

I wont get into a Qadiani-bashing debate but they are an insignificant minority now only THANKS to the two awliya i mentioned otherwise the whole of baluchistan and most of punjab would have succumbed to the qadiani religion.

since there IS NO Prophet after Hazrat Rahmatulilaalameen Khatam un Nabiyyeen sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam anyone who claims to be one is an accursed liar and so seeing him or her is not a rahmat.
