my real first name was Popat, and was given by the ring master of the circus where i used to work as the CEW (chief elephant washer). i like the name for the rich cultural significance it carries. if you didnt know already, Popat is a name from the old testament meaning “great one who eats his baklava before his shawarma”.
Who introduced you to Gupshup? If you then knew what it would do to you, would still have joined it?
i was introduced to gupshup by one of the elephant trainers one night after i made his basanti sparkle like a big black pearl in the moonlight. he is an admin here and goes by the name of ehsan (which is funny coz that is our cyclist chimpanzee’s name heehee). his basanti is very pretty.
