Bhai , As much I maybe against current JI but the direct info that I have about this incident is there were incidents of rapes but not done on party policy basis rather these were act of individuals who were recruited by Notorious shams n badr and were armed by our army + JI. These indviduals used this power to settle old scores with local ppl. At some places local JI leader ship were silent on such incidents but not ordered to do so as well.
