yes, it is very annoying.
I know and that is why sometimes I feel that it's not fair (on Prof's part) that these students are given so much freedom. I mean you can walk out anytime, pack your bags and go home, give attendance at beginning of class and then go to Cafeteria for rest of period and come when the lecture is almost over. Things like these make me wonder if there really is a difference between college and elementary/high school?!
