Aid workers released in Somalia

**Three foreign aid workers kidnapped in Kenya by Somali gunmen three months ago have been freed, reports say.**The three had been released and flown to Nairobi, a spokesman for the rebel group Hizbul Islam told Reuters.

It was not clear if a ransom was paid for the release of the hostages, who were snatched from a remote Kenyan area in a cross-border raid on 18 July.

The name and nationalities of the freed hostages has not been released at the request of the aid agency involved.
