Germany 10 million Euros (Roughly 11 million dollars)
Non-government entities:
World Bank - 900 million
To note: The Muslim country donations are still more than that of the non-muslim countries and I have not included Kuwait, Jordan and the UAE as they have provided physical support and not money.
Actually it will in many cases. Since Zardari came to power most of the money is going to IGOs and NGOs. If you read Hareem's link it shows that the money doesn't go to the Government at all. Because the IC does not trust Zardari.

CM is right. When the funds do not go to the government they are actually allocated and dispersed quite well. Sad to say but true.
So what about those who have lost everything and they need some capital to start a business again?
By business I mean a raerhi, a shop.... livestock etc .... One cattle costs like more than one laakh in Pakistan.... people have lost hundreds of farm animals... no employment, no business opportunities for these people? :(
I understand the priority right now is rescue and aid... food and shelter... but I'm just thinking what the future holds for these people... the govt will need to come up with a scheme of some sort...
The government works like the mafia. Zardari as the don, gilani as the underboss etc. Zardari will get the most cut out of these donations. A very low fraction will reach the people affected by the floods.
