This investigation is an excellent move. My gut suspicion is that too much of this aid was spent building up the conventional army for conflict on the eastern border, rather than spending it on the FC that did the fighting against terrorists.
So? US has its own self serving interests in supporting Pakistan, why should we have to justify the spending?
US are no different than the British colonists in their manipulation of Pakistan.
