khaatin hai rah-guzr, thori dooR sath chalo
bohut karra hai safr thori dooR sath chalo

tamaam umr kahaan koi sath dai-ta hai
yeh jan ta hooN magar thori dooR sath chalo

Nashe mein choor hooN mai bhi tumhein bhi hosh nahin
baRRa maza ho agar thori dooR sath chalo

yeh aik shub ki mulaqaat bhi ghaNimat hai
kise hai kal ki khabr thori dooR sath chalo

abhi to jaag rahae hein chiragh rahooN ke
abhi hai dooR sahr thori dooR sath chalo

tawaf-e-manzil-janah hamein bhi karna hai
Faraz tum bhi agar thori dooR sath chalo

Looks like you like this Ghazal alot that's y pasted it 2wice...
It's true. Tamaam umr koi sath nahiN deta even k wen bad time comes yr own shaddow leaves ya.

This Ghazal has been beautifully sung by Panjaj Udhaas. Today I read it after a long time and it took me almost 15 years back to my college when I dared to song this ghazal in college annual function....
