The outcome of the latest presidential election in Iran has caused a lot of worries in Israel and the Gulf states. The Israeli government during an ordinary meeting on Sunday expressed concern over the result which gave the presidency to the conservative Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
Israeli Defence Minister Shaul Mofaz — himself Iranian-born — expressed the Israeli government’s concern over the victory of the hard-line Ahmadinejad, saying that the election indicated the end of any Iranian reform process and the return of the radical policies of the past. “The election of the most extreme and conservative of the candidates means that all the centres of power in the country are now occupied by the most extreme groups,” Mofaz told a group of students of Iranian origin at Tel Aviv University. Some analysts said Ahmadinejad’s victory had also raised the concern of neighbouring Arab countries in the Gulf, fearing that the new president would turn against the course followed by his moderate predecessor, Mohammed Khatami.

Israel didn't need Uncle Sam in every war where it has whooped up on all of the Arab world. Where have you been? There was a world before the Spice Girls had their first hit and you came into the world. (Hint: they have a similar won-lost record as India does with Pakistan).
Israel really needed Uncle Sam when they were being senseless by the Hezbollah in Lebanon. But then again Uncle Sam got a bloody nose from the Hez as well when tried to place their paws on Lebanon.

Israel got royally screwed in Lebanon, lost thousands of soldiers, then went fleeing with it’s tails between it’s legs. Next you spin masters will be saying that Vietnam was a victory for Uncle Sam.

How many victories has Israel had in just the last 30 years? It got humiliated in Lebanon when it invaded in 1977, in 1982, and then when it had to flee in 2000.
Israel is worried more about its band of fanatic extremist settlers, more then anything else....these parasites would drive Israel onto the path of total destruction....the sooner the israelis and their fanatic enablers states-side realize this the better it will be in the long run...otherwise they will be know in the history as the worst kind of purveyor of apartheid racism.....
