TM, Are you even in Pakistan, or is mud slinging sort of a career for you? Lashkar-e-tayyaba or jawat ud dawah hardly represent ahl-ul-hadith, infact, i dont know even if they claim to be ahlul hadith.. if they do, then they are one of the extremist groups without a doubt. They probably dont know who Shaykh Rabee is. Seems like someone has been feeding you garbage.

ahlul hadith by themselves are a group who want to follow the Quran and the Sunnah, without making blind taqleed to any of the 4 imaams (or others). There is a political party called jamiyyat ahle hadees, with meraj rabbani, and abdullah nasir rehmani as their heads (i think). This political party is generally rejected by ahlul hadith who believe that politics and islaam should not be mixed.
As for scholars in Pakistan, then I dont know many. I've heard of Shaykh abdul mannan noorpoori in Punjab who is an alim, but dont know anything else about him.
