I understand that but I want to know why. chachas/cousins/uncles, i can understand but dont you think the Prophet (pbuh) spent considerable amount of time with the wives and talked to them about alot of issues. The Quran talks about them, so why are they not included in ahl e bait?

Doesn’t the majority of muslims consider them as such?
