I can proudly say that Ahamedies are one of the best people on the earth. They know and preach humanity. They know brother hood. They help their own people as well as community. They do not preach Jihad,Terrasim,Hate,War etc. They preach coexistance and harmony.
Why I say this?
I have participated in one of their big mask opening in Toronto. Their Chief Religious leader Invited belivers of any faith on the earth to come to their mask and pray the way their faith says. I was really excited listening to his lecture and then thaught, why these innocent people were prosecuted in Pakistan? What harm they did to the country?
After looking in to the history of Pakistan every thing which is distructive is possible there.
All RealPaki described was his experience with Ahmadis in Toronto and how positive it was, and all he mentioned was how Ahmadis don’t preach hatred. What was such a big deal about that statement that you had to write your rather “discouraging” responses.
Get some life and don’t be so insecure about your faith. Trust me no one is going to take your God or Prophet or Book from you. It is yours forever.
His experience might have been a good one but unfortunately as we know realpaki, his intention was not to describe his experience, his intention, like always, is simply to incite certain people and start a mud-slinging war all over again. Otherwise i dont have any problem with what he does and where he goes. However, his attempts at creating linguistic chaos on these forums are always successful, since thats something hes good at. I would just say that if hes so fond of peace and tranquility, then why not practice it himself, why not come up with his real identity and try to find things that he has in common with others, so that others can perhaps learn to tolerate him better, rather than start all these religious and political wars over and over and over. Its getting to be a real broken record.
I have met some really good ahmedi people. I have also met some really good Baha'i people.
I have actually met some very good people from every sect, religion etc.
It would indeed be positive if everyone treated people of other faiths with respect and helped them understand the relgion and thus help remove some misconceptions formed due to the actions of the followers..which incidentally are not always the same as prescribed in religion..and/or are interpreted incorrectly.
It would also be helpful for people to be open minded and accepting when interacting with a group of people from other faiths..
In this case I think the approaches were right...the person who went, and the group that welcomed...were both open minded. If either one is not...the experience will not be a positive one :)
But then I have been chased out of a place of worship once....which faith?.. lets not get into it :>
The irony here is that we denounce all the mullahs that declare a sect as non muslims :)yet we continue to do that ourselves.
Anyways, I think that as long as I live a decent life, and take care of haqooq-al-ibaad. Even if my 'sect' is the wrong one and I was just blind to see it...Allah is mercifull and all knowing and pure intentions are very important :)
So, personally I dont care whether Mullah XYZ declare me as a non muslim or general merchant feeka does it. I am happy and content.
Difference between you and Ahanedies is, you want me to convert me in to islam where as Ahmedies are telling come to pray with us as you are,the way you want. There is no preaching about conversion but just co-operation and harmony.
My friend Najim, remember you cannot become anybody by conversition but you become whatever you want by your behaviour.
Sorry to say but your moral level is below the point I have set to talk to, learn to speak the decent langauge and how to tolerate, (and no offence but learn to speak English as well) and I will answer your questions. Until then, Astalavista.
I don't see any need for anyone's religion/faith to be questioned by you or anyone else for that matter. That's my personal opinion and I refrain from imposing it on anyone else.
When we discuss any subject we are merely providing our thoughts and our interpretations...or those articulated by another person but believed by us. Whether any of us are right or wrong is, again, questionable and determined only by the Creator. What is reproachable is discussion stemming from malice. This cannot be condoned in a civil environment.
If you have questions about Islam that you find are unanswerable by the membership, then I suggest you pose them to more knowledgeable people. I'm sure that you can be directed to several sites that provide a forum for you to pose your queries.
Finally, if you don't believe that any of these options are valid or credible, then the ultimate answer is always there: learn arabic and read/translate the Quran for yourself to your own satisfaction. That way there will be no question in your mind. All the comments you claim to be looking for shall be found by yourself, leaving no room for doubt.
