I know some people (I’m not gonna mention names!) who weigh themselves like twice a day. Every morning and every night. I really don’t get why they do it.. :aq:
Like your weight is gonna change in the space of a few hours.
Personally, I don’t weigh myself because I don’t have a scale and to be honest, as long as I still fit into my clothes, I don’t care what the number on the scale says. I only weigh myself when I happen to be in my parents’ bathroom back home and I see the scale and end up feeling curious.
once a week my trainer tells me too. she is unhappy if there is even a minute difference in my weight. i have to excercise 2 hours daily excluding the walks i take in the early early morning and the late late night. but i am happy to do anything as long as i stay thin and smart and get compliments.
