Please can you advise on the approximate value of some good agricultural land with full irrigation running through it:
6 acres in Muraba No 22 Gajanwala near Chack 38/2RA, Okara, Pakistan
Approximately how many Lak per acre would this land sell for?
Where is the best place to sell this land?

your 6 acres in my opinion worth less than 2 million PKR… with the conditions that this place have electricty, tube-well or peter engine with water boring facility…

and if you want to sell it, then you should consult the neighbours… bcoz only they can buy it… otherwise this place is too small so it will decrease it’s price… so you better talk to ur neighbours if they want to expand their land by 6 acres :slight_smile:

Location of the land is not clera, Gujranwala and Okara are quite a bit apart. Can u pin point it on google and sent a link. If its good agriculture land with access to some roadf it must be worth Rs1,5- 2m / acre. That would be around Us $ 80-90 k
