I'm not sure exactly where you would find it. By since it's a natural product, I would assume you would have luck at the Hakeem dookan rather than a pharmacy. Also, just FYI if you didn't know, it's also called Vitex, so if asking for angus castus doesn't work, maybe they will know Vitex.
