ever wonder we have socialized somehow, blue with boys and pinks with girls. not a bad thing. but what was the logic behind this association?
but then, thinking over every thing can exhaust and not necessarily leave with a sense of adequate justification.
it will be great if we could all do so, in life, and hold true to ourselves and infront of others. :>

the answer to that question is embarassing: it was the only word that came to mind when i was registering for the forum... I never thought I'd actually be a part of it one day :) its such that some of the pics in the fashion sections cant be opened up if you are not a member, that is why i became a member :)
its not that i particularly like the colour pink, i mean i dont mind it, i like almost all colours!... my sisters tease me about how lame my nick sounds :( kher i have to live with it....

Dushi Ji, first, sorry for flooding in your thread, i kinda got carried away with zobia's nerd reasonings, mauf ki jiye ga plz.
I like the responses that ppl have given here, but personally, I just pray that I dont become the sort of person that ppl look at and feel that they are throwing stones at a brick (lead rather) wall... that ppl look a me and say "u cant teach an old dog new tricks so lets leave her as she is"... I pray to Allah SWT that I have an open mind, and that I am able to understand and adopt new things Inshallah, and that mein kisshi ki mohtaaj na houN inshallah.

see the thing is "Pinks" sounds really girly, kinda sounds a bit gay as well (as someone once said to me)... i'm not a tomboy, and i'm not those squeeky voiced girsl either.... i have no idea why, with all the words in the urdu&english language, i chose Pinks lol... but I'm gonna stick with it...

aur ae’N barhi… i like fiziks, maths, bio, chem, fine arts, etc etc etc… cant even count! i dont know what the entry criterias r in those amrikan universities! low as if u ask me
HHL knows that pink ppl can count! and Dushi would never punish anyone, she sounds way too nice… its u who needs some disciplining… military skool maybe… u amrikans have plenty of those!

oooohhhhh i luv the ad they used to have 4 it back in paki, my pyare Daada (may he rest in peace) would always call out 4 me everytime that ad would come on tv... i liked the way the monkey laughs :)
