I’m really confused (lol guess the name fits)…I know someone that claims to be Syed but I have a lurking suspicion that they are Agha Khaani because they claim that they only associate with agha khaanis in their community and no one else…Normally I wouldn’t care, but this is a rishta situation so I want to make sure I have an idea of what’s going on…

I know this is a huge generalization but certain last names tend to belong to certain groups…ie: syeds tend to be Rizvis, Gillanis, Naqvis, Bukharis…is there something similar for Agha Khaanis?
