Simply is for example:
qualties of honesty, sincerety, loyalty, job and academic level, character, religion, responsibility etc.
Often guys who appear to be cool and exciting looking are often just that. they are cool, cos that is easy, they are not stressing or working hard to achive the more important and valuable things in life which are the above stated.

See, everyone is at least somewhat picky. The essence of the argument really is that your demands should be realistic. Again i say, that the girl should be decent looking and decently intelligent. One should neither be too picky on intelligence nor the looks or anything else. Let me also add that life is random, so you never know the kind of girl you find (or fall in love with) isn't really beautiful or intelligent.
