As an agent, if you found yourself in the following 2 scenarios, how do you handle each?

  1. You’re looking to buy property for yourself in an area where you’re neither licensed nor on the local MLS?

  2. You’re named executor of an immediate family member’s estate in an area where you ARE licensed and on the local MLS…and you’re directed by the Will to sell the decedents house, which you are also a 1/3 beneficiary of.
