I thought the thread would be something about desis hiding their ages, which is alot more common.
As for barro ka manna, nothing silly about it unless what they are telling you to do something that is "silly". Baro say mazaak na kerna? Mazaak kerain laikin limits and respect main.

nope not in my family......we are prety chilled ppl...all our cousins/uncles/aunties are funny ppl and love jokin arnd....when were alltogehter we even make more fun....so i dun think its tru...:D

Aap logon ko baray buzurg logon se kia problem hai? Call me old fashioned, but I love a buzurg’s company and absolutely love talking to them. I don’t like people who disrespect the elderly. By elderly, I do not mean mid age people, the grumpy/nosy mid age aunties and uncles are probably busy fighting middle age crisis. Don’t mind them, although I don’t care if you talk back or retaliate in any other way in case they go overboard with tuanting and sarcastic comments.
