because as politically incorrect as it sounds, women run out of child producing age sooner than guys, so its better for them to start early.

Well fertility in women begins to slowly decline in the late 20s, beginning a more rapid decline around age 35.

so unless and until you are marrying someone is her late 30’s - this shouldn’t be an issue
