hubs is 6 yers older than me and most times it doesnt even feel that much. What sucks is he looks younger than his age and i look older than mine

I have a perfect, I mean PERFECT understanding with my husband and he's 5 months older than me so the conclusion is: 5 months gap is the ideal, period!

wow, i could never guess your husband’s real age…he really does look younger. Not younger than you but he doesn’t look 6 yrs older than you. Acha hai na, some couples have big age gap and they end up looking very odd but you guys make a nice couple IMO.

I am not married but i think 3-5/6 years would be perfect age gap...but then agian there are a lot of guys who are mature at the age of 20 and some are still kids at the age of almost 30..so understanding matters most...

i’m almost 20 and my fiance’s 26 
age doesn’t matter…plus many times people look younger than their age …a lot of people thought that my fiance was 22 
and i don’t even look like i’m 20 years old …people think i’m only 16

I guess i wish i was younger than my hubby too....but at least the boyz are trained right. I went to pick them up at skool the day after my birthday and the teachers were wishing me a happy "21st" birthday !! :) Yeah, 21 and holding...

I agree with the fact that age matters less when your older...im 22 and anything younger than 20 doesnt work for me...
My ex is 27 now and clearly a 5 year difference is significant when your 22 but it really wouldnt matter if i was 41 and her 46 or i 33 and her 38 would it...
Ideally though i would like to meet girls my own age...

appropriate gap in age is necessary. simply for both to be mentally sensible, responsible and mature. who is older and who is younger chronologically, may or may not matter as long as the two are a happy and content partners.
from what i have seen, heard or read, the best age is plus or minus a couple of years.
