Tender ages call for closer ages, as ages grow so do the limits of acceptability ...

surprisingly I think this is accurate for both men and women:

15 year olds look for between 14 - 21
17 year olds look for between 15 - 25
20 year olds look for between 16 - 32
25 year olds look for between 17 - 40
30 years plus - 20 to 50

Women tend to go more for the older than self range, men tend for the younger than self range, but there are perhaps 15% of men who would go older and may be 5% women who would go younger. The older a man gets his preference for an older woman will reduce - LOL ... Maybe in the metrosexual societies older women want younger men to show they can still compete.

my mom is 5 years older than my dad (both desi, arrange marriage), personally, i do like older women (cougars?) but yeah.... unless the age difference is HUGE i wouldnt care (huge being more than 3 years)

I don’t think the wives tend to look older so much now that they look after themselves more and prob aren’t popping out babies non-stop, not watching their weight etc.. They might look the same age as their husbands but some ppl apparently even have a problem with that and still have the view that the wife should look younger..

My other half is a few months younger than me but looks older (he’s built and about twice the size of me :blush:). It wouldn’t have bothered me if he was a year or two younger as long as he didn’t look like my younger brother or something (like Kareena Kapoor and Shahid tho I know there was only a tiny gap there as well)..
