Don’t know if this topic has been discussed here before, but of late I’ve seen quite a few couples who have a large age gap between subsequent kids, or between the eldest and youngest. Only now, I saw a couple whom first and last child differed 21 years
In a way funny to see that the eldest daughter is closer to her mom than to her youngest sister
I know of families where the youngest kid is of the age of the son/daughter of the eldest sister/brother. even though it seems like an interesting relationship but I think then the youngest do get neglected in many ways.
I know a family where the mother and the daughter were both pregnant at the same time (and no this was not in west virginia or kentucky). So now they have a mamoon and bhanja of same age.
i kind of like a lot of age difference btw children.
what can be bad about it is that, if you are too old when you have them, then its not the mother/father taking care of them but the older bajis/bhais. again, there is not anything wrong with that, but often the children feel neglected by their actual parents. but a lot of people love their old bajis/bhais just as much, so who am i to judge. it however does lead to a couple of nasty fights later, when the bajis/bhais become too dominating and influential in thier lives and people start realising that 'yeh kaun hotay mujhay batanay walay'. the ones who dont go thru a phase like this, are forever influenced/dominated by the 'bara families' in their lives, and never grow up.
on the good side, if their isn't much age difference btw the children, then ghar buahat jaldee kabrustan lagnay lugtaa hay.
