Dude, there is no recommended age - some people take better care of themselves than others and/or genetic make up makes them age much nicer. Whereas, some people have a much more challenging life and difficulties that they age faster. So, no recommended age. Marry whomever you want.

According to survey Women has less average age (about 55 years) Than men (60/62 years).
Also it is believed that Women will get aged(Weaker) soon as compared to man. Although some people believe that women will never tell their real age , they will always tell lie while telling their age(Common talk).
My question from the members is that , what should be the RECOMMENDED AGES of the COUPLE (Male and Female)?
So that the couple be compatible (Mentally and Physically) to each other.

per CIA factbook - Pakistan avg make life expectancy is 62.73 years
female is 64.83
if we were to assume that women's real ages are hidden and they are older than they say they are lets assume by an avg of 3 years, then that means that 64.48 is understated and avg life expectancy is 67.48 for women vs 62.73 for women.
by United Nations the gap is less in Pakistan
men at 65.2, women at 65.8
and again if we were to take your point that women hide their age and they are actuallt older then its not 65.8 but higher than that. using that 3 year assumption that puts them at 68.8.
oxfam has it at men 63.2, female 63.6
so the basic premise you started the thread seems dodgy.

If you want to go based on longevity, I think the guy should be around 5 years younger.
You will read that on average, women live longer than men, so I think thats a good age difference.
Otherwise, I think it doesnt really matter much as to what the age difference, assuming maturity.
So you mean that IT IS ROCOMMENDED THAT men should be older THAN women while marrying.
We the couple have also exactly same age difference but we celebrated our first marriage anneversery last May , so we should also expect nearly the same results as yours ?
