by 40 years of age, what do you absolutely must have done in your career?

gotten married and car, business, and not forgetting 'a happy life with the wife' have all your fights beforer you turn 40. and get down to some serious remeberance of Allah, uptil 40 sort your worldly life out by marrying, work, car etc and after 40 work for the afterlife.

I would like to have my own Rairhi (Cart) or Taanga (Horse Carriage) by the time I'm 30.

By the time, i’ll be 40. I would like to be a CEO of a big corporation 
or atleast a VP - but i won’t be that happy with the VP thing.
CEO sounds better for me. And am serious.

lets see at the age of 23 i already have 1 startup running and i am working on getting the next one up and ready by mid 07. So inshaAllah looking by that at the age of 40 (17 yrs from now) i would like to be running a business and living close to my family and kids and enjoying life as Allah wants me to. (inshaAllah)
