He was a corrupt dictator, ruined institutions of Pakistan by corrupting army,judiciary and bureaucracy. Brought bad naam-e-zamana “Basic Democracy”, initiated meaningless war in 1965 with India, which brought Pakistan to economic bankruptcy, rigged 1964 elections to defeat Fatima Jinah and initiated fraud Agar Tala case against Sh. Mujib, which paved way to breakup in 1971.
