Why in our culture people started praising the people after they died.
Why can’t we see those positive points, when those people were alive?

And we do that with her Khas o aam. Be it a common man or celebrity. Typical dead worshiping society :(

People praise dead people during initial hours of their death then they start as Allah Marhoom ko jannat nasib kare magar......:D
In islam we dont blame dead people as their good and bad deeds are stopped after their death

Some people don't even get any concession after they die.
Seems our society enjoy badmouthing and don't want to give credit when its due.

People who do not spend on medical expenses of their relatives arranges for lavish chehlum of deceased...........:D
in our part they bring new cloths for deceased's keen on the day of chehlum...and i thought why dont they do sadqa for deceased person

We Jats are more into Khandani wars, so if one is killed the other party celebrates and abuses him by calling various names and also swears to kill remaining member of thier family too:D

^^ Hindustani women are even better, intially they will say good about their dead neighbour and after some minutes they will also tell how bad and characterless she was, the best thing about hindustanis is they make every fable so realistic that it appears like truth.

This is exactly why I tell people to never care about what others are saying. People will not say nice things no matter what you do in this world.
When my best friend was alive, people made her life miserable. And now when she is dead, everyone tells me how good she was, and how they miss her etc.
