Okay, probably a stupid question, but we dont have graduate/undergraduate system here ..

So whats the difference between the two?

I thought an undergraduate is a BSc/BA and then you can top it off with a Postgraduate MA/etc etc

And graduate degree is?

^You have it right…at least that is how it here in the US
Master’s/Doctorates/postgraduate are graduate degrees

Here you complete a PharmD after getting a bachelor’s (usually) and it is considered a graduate degree, I guess it is different in Pakistan??
