Agree to this point, but given the culture which have been developed in Karachi over last 30 years, i don’t know if it is possible that political parties keep the fund-raising or donation collecting in the limits u said above.

In order to kill this negative culture there should be a ban on donations (bhata) for next 10 odd years, lets kill the culture of bhata khori first and then look into other things..

and how do you believe political parties run their affairs? from pockets of the politicians? In that case only chor industrialists/dacoos waderas will dominate the scene.
