After MBBS? (MSC or FRCS)

Hi guys

i want to know if someone has done their MBBS, which is better: to go for MSC or FRCS?
is MSC harder or FRCS? and which one of these is more prestigeous.
And hwat does it tell about the student? i mean if someone chooses to do MSC after doing MBBS does that mean they are really smart or smarter than people doing FRCS?

FRCS Or Post Graduation !

MSc for Master of Science

FRCS for Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons

theres also FRCP which is Fellow of Royal College of Physicians
