Im an X manager and i have interviewed people. if they are not right for the job i write them a letter telling them tht they where not suitable for the job if they wish they can contact me, and i could explain to them why they where not suitable.
U dont keep people hanging it's just unprofessional

there's alwyas studies coming out.. how "unattractive" people or "overweight" people are less likely to be hired. So in addition to my (in)experience, or awkward interviewing skills, i have to worry that my looks/body are not getting me hired!
