Re: after c section....excersise
your best bet is to ask your doctor what is right for you, each person is different. Typically I think its about 6 weeks before you are good to start exercising again. Remember start out slow and build your way up to a more strenuous exercise regimen.
Re: after c section....excersise
i have gone through such circumstances thats why i wud like to say dont try to be in a hurry for ur smart abs...any exercise u start make sure begin it after 3 months of ur delivery!
usually people say 6 weeks but better to be late than never...start with just walk...walk walk and walk.. walking wud help heal ur stitches...if u can spare some money then buy a treadmill like me...its best for u ..u can tone ur body with the help of it and obviously in the environment of ur home...like u can supervise also..else take ur baby out in stroller and go for walk but here i mean PROPER walk not mazak...start with only 20 mins(5 min slow then fast and last 5 mins get slow again) ..do ur walks morning 30 and evening 30..do whatever suits u !
if u feel ok then u can do some Ab crunches they r also good but walk is the thing which i wud like to recommend u even now but crunches laterz..u wud see the difference in just 2 weeks! GUARANTEED..if u can't go outside means its very cold or hot then buy a treadmill...use that..u can even use it while watching tv..with this if u see the diff then continue :)
also make sure u make some good changes in ur diet as well...only exercise won't help my dear...
u should stick to some good diet..if u want i can give u a good diet chart! just let me know about ur height and current weight!
good luck!
P.S dont dont dont ever use the belts..they r not meant for u and they wont help..only do walk..walk on treadmill or walk in ur garden...that wud help..no belts nothing else..
