God bless you…i know exactly what you are saying. I have family from rural areas as well and know many cases. there are many idiots on this forum who know nothing about rural problems in pakistan, never lived there for one single day and will start screaming from top of their lungs hey how dare you maligning pakistan and that every region has this problem blah blah but people like you who know the ground realities know the extent of this lanat in our rural areas, even in small towns, qasbas and cities it is so widespread. it is a taboo and no one wants to talk about it. it is accepted as it is. appreciate your hard work to expose this bigotry in your rural areas.

People not only refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem, but also frame the discussion in terms of patriotism. If you are criticizing something about Pakistan, you are not patriotic. I don’t get it. If you are truly patriotic, wouldn’t you want to address the problem and make Pakistan better?
