Totally agree! Anti-ageing needs to be started BEFORE the ageing process gets you lol. Early 20’s imo.
However if you are 40 now zaiena and haven’t done anything yet, then get started right away! I would suggest that you pay a visit to a department store and speak to some of the girls on the make up counters. Don’t feel obliged to buy anything - come home and check online for reviews of products you are interested in.
