I was goin through cricinfo stats …
Cricinfo - Records - Indian Premier League, 2007/08 - Deccan Chargers - Highest strike rates
In IPL … Afridi had strike rate of 176.08 … with avg of 10.12

But still he will be part of some team cause of his popularity... rest of the Pakis who could be their is Shoaib Only.

Younis, Butt, Akmal, Tanveer, Misbah, Malik, Gul ..... all were there .......

S. Tanveer was one of the bright sparks of the inaugural IPL. I think he was highest wicket taker. Misbah didn't play that bad either but Afridi totally flopped with the bat.
