Dude, please do some research before posting such garbage. Afridi sahab should also have looked up this organization before making those comments (if in fact he did). For your information:

It is based in Ely, Cambridgeshire in the United Kingdom. The Government of Western Australia termed its activities a scam.
The International Biographical Centre creates “awards” and offers them widely. In the mid-2000s, awards cost the recipient between US$375 and $495 each, but as of 2010 the cost can be as high as $395 for a Commemorative Medal or US$440 for a laminated certificate. ohh this is from one of those spam emails "Get your name published in Who's Who" blah blah...
I'm disappointed that this got published as a "news" item (where's the due diligence of the media outlets?) and also that Afridi didn't have someone who could advise him on such matters.

there is one simple parameter..if anyting gets publised in pakistani media stating that a certain "international" sruvey has revealed pakistanis to be the "2nd" most intelligent nation in the world, or seventh most blah blah, it will be a garbage survey........with the type of infrastructure that we have in place at academic, social and political levels, it is ridiculous to expect "world class experts" in any field.....one thing i keep hearing in pak is that Pakistanis are exceptionally talented and god-gifted but such is our system that we cant flourish....and i always fail to understand why god would give "special talent" to Pakistanis only and not to other developing nations? oh i know why....maybe because we are Muslims!!!
