And the some have never proven it, nor explained why Uncle Sam would give a people a disease that would infect Uncle Sam too.
At any rate, there is a Hadith that as far as I'm concerned adequately explains the origin of AIDS.

I think the future is going to be Africa. It's going to be a nuke waiting to happen. I mean it's got all the natural resources and geographically speaking it couldn't be better.

Origin of AIDS:**
AIDS came from Monkeys that live in the Jungles near Cameroon.
Scientists have proved that AIDS crossed from Monkeys into Humans in the 1930’s when people went deeper into the Jungle to kill Monkeys because Africans eat Monkeys.
It was during that time that an African came in contact with a Monkey which had the AIDS virus but since Monkeys have natural immunity to this disease, it spread to that man.
For 20 years, from 1930’s till about 1950’s, AIDS was confied to remote villages in the Congo.
After independence from Belgium, many villagers came to Congo’s cities looking for work. When they had sex with prostitutes, they spread AIDS around.
It was also this time, that Congo invited people from Haiti to help build its schools, universities, etc. When Haitian men had sex with Congo prostitutes, AIDS spread into them.
And then in the 1970’s, Haiti was a destination for Gay Americans. And thus, AIDS was passed into the Gay community of USA by Haitian men.
AIDS also spread into Europe’s African communities in the 1980’s, when people from Congo went to work there.
And how does AIDS Work:
AIDS is a retro-virus, which infects the body’s white blood cells and thus making the body vulnerable to simple infections.
Why is it so hard to destroy?:
AIDS is protein coated in Sugar and thus Antibodies cannot leach onto that virus because Sugar is a natural part of our body. Also, when AIDS replicates, it’s not a carbon copy but it deviates each time.
Thus, when scientists make anti-bodies to prevent AIDS, it won’t work as AIDS keeps evolving and somehow it will find a way to penetrate the cells.
Treatment for AIDS:
American Scientists in 1996 developed the triple cocktail treatment to treat AIDS. Instead of trying to kill the AIDS virus, they instead tried to defend the white blood cells from the virus by coating it with certain antibodies. But since AIDS virus keeps replicating and each time it produces a different version of it self, it is only a matter of time before it will penetrate the shield of antibodies around white blood cells and destroy that cell.
So the American scientist developed the triple cocktail which is the strongest medication that the human body can take. So with a combination of 3 antibodies, so that each time AIDS managed to penetrate the 1st layer of Anti-bodies in the body, another medicine can be taken to shield the cells.
This treatment prevents the AIDS virus from penetrating the white blood cells for years.
That is why people who are on AIDS treatment take so many medication several times during the day.

Lets keep a little perspective here. Africa has been ruthlessly raped by Europe and America for centuries. Their man power was enslaved and shipped out for centuries. Their natural resources (gold, diamond etc) were openly grabbed/stolen for centuries. And now we have the gal to come up and say that "self serving generosity has been one the of curses of Africa". Right!

^^ Africa were still living in the jungles when the Europeans took them over and neither were they harvesting the resources.

How much morality is there in saving an African child from starvation today , for it to survive to a life of brutality , poverty , hunger , violence and sexual abuse , resulting in another dozen such eye-wide children , with comparably jolly little lives ahead of them ?
Of course it might make us feel better , which is the prime reason for so much charity
But …. Is that good enough ?
