If I was to visit AFG. which language should I learn? I heard they they got pushto, farsi, urdu and alll that down there, but which is the majority, or the best to learn?
Farsi, but depends which part of Afghanistan you are going to.
largly depends where you are planning to go... the in west the speak persian.. but largly Pushtu... and of course they understand "Goli ke zuban" the best .. :) good luck!!

Just normal regular Pashto, just like the Pakistani version except Afghani’s tend to pronounce the ‘kh’ sound as ‘sh’, I think theirs sounds much better.
And also you might want to learn Farsi for some areas.
Pashtoon mostly u will find some Farsiban too but not many... don go for urdu not safe these dayz...
isnt most of the south controlled by "the students"
I would say pasthu would get you understood in almost all parts, and dari is quite widely spoken too but not sure which areas.

I am a frequent visitor to Afghanistan :D
IF U know Pashto.. thats okie..
DARI is the mail language.. althoug the majority is Pukhtoons there but.. almost all can speak Dari...
In Kabul.. the major language is Dari... Offcourse Pashto is there as well.. BUT.. as now adays.. the Shulami ppl are in power So.. the main language is Dari there.. and.. The ppl on good posts are majority Farsibaan.
Offcourse it depends on where U want to go..
If U are heading towards.. Herat, Farah, Parwan, Panjsher etc U need to know Dari
If U go to nangarhaar province.. Paktika, Paktia, nawar, gardez etc then.. Pahto is OKie.. :)
Pahto in jalal Abad is just like in Peshwar... thooRs sa farq hay ...

urdu shmurdu, It takes too long to learn a language
attakistan, you only have to know Pashto. if you come to my place in Balkh you would only need to speak Pashto. thats all....and its same with the other parts of Afghanistan
