Afghanistan May Play in T20 World Cup in April

Afghanistan defeated tournament favorite Ireland who is also knocking at the Test status doors and defeated Scotland and the USA in the qualifying rounds for the 2010 T20 World Cup to be held in the West Indies in three months.

Afghanistan has made it to the Super Fours with two points already since they defeated Ireland which also is in the super fours.

Afghanistan plays Holland in 6 hours and a victory would ensure they are one of the two teams that qualify for World Cup.

Afghanistan must win either verus Holland or the U.A.E on Saturday.

Afghanistan wins the ICC Two WC Qualifiers.

They will now face India and South Africa in May 2010 in West Indies.
